Welcome to Aurora Experience, operated by Wild Events Oy (FI21768684) (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By booking or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and must be paid in full at the time of reservation unless otherwise specified. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. However, as our experiences have limited availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled 7 days or less before the event.

No-shows are non-refundable.
All refund requests must be sent in writing to info@auroraexperience.fi. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
3. Changes to Bookings
If you wish to modify your booking (e.g., change date or number of participants), please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Age Restrictions
Our experience is recommended for ages 6 and up, unless otherwise stated in the event description.
Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
For safety and comfort reasons, we may refuse participation to guests who do not meet age or other requirements.
5. Health and Safety
Certain experiences may include visual, sound, or motion effects that could affect individuals with epilepsy, vertigo, or other medical conditions. Guests participate at their own discretion. Please inform our staff of any concerns before the experience begins.
We reserve the right to deny participation to anyone who appears intoxicated or poses a safety risk.
6. Liability
Aurora Experience is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage arising from participation unless caused by our proven negligence. Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, power outages, or technical failures. In such cases, we may offer to reschedule or provide a refund at our discretion.
8. Photography and Media
During your visit, photography and video recording may occur for promotional purposes. By entering the premises, you consent to the possible use of your image in such materials unless you inform our staff otherwise in writing before the experience begins.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the District Court of Lapland (Lapin käräjäoikeus), unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.
